Background
Orange Capital is a specialized financial services platform dedicating to servicing payment facilitators in efficiently managing electronic payments. By offering seamless onboarding processes and robust reporting and risk check tools, Orange Capital ensures its payment facilitators can focus on growing their merchant base without operation hinderances.
The Problem
Being a long standing financial service brand, Orange Capital is constantly competing with other similar services providers that offer the same tools to their payment facilitators. Because of this, they are seeking to update their old website to feature more modern aesthetics that better appeal to their clients. They are also hoping to reduce the accumulation of redundant tools and information that are not often used by payment facilitators on the day to day basis to give a more seamless and efficient user experience. The need arises for a more streamlined UI redesign that addresses these issues, ensuring comprehensive merchant management and accurate reporting/risk assessment.
I have been tasked specifically to update the virtual accounts page to better report gross income, net income, fees, refund and hold amounts for the day.
